Shipment processing time
Shipping times are estimates only, and exact dates will be provided after purchase or by an enquiry. Delivery will be made to Dubai, United Arab Emirates or the International address specified by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have given us the correct delivery address and any special delivery instructions.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
The delivery time of products with the status "Ready for shipping" is approximately 1 – 3 working days within the UAE and for international destinations, we will inform you the delivery time according to the shipping method and carrier you choose within 3 working days of receiving your order. The delivery time on International orders solely depends on the shipping method the customer chooses, we can only estimate the processing time on our end, which is 1-3 working days. Any potential delays of international shipping will be informed by the shipper you choose. On Cash on Delivery, we arrange delivery after confirming via phone or email with you. "Working days" means all days from Sunday to Thursday with the exceptions of public holidays of the UAE and 24.12. and 31.12. of each year.
How can I track my order?
You can expect a shipment confirmation email with all your tracking details once you have placed an order through our website www.vivens.co. The shipping details will be sent to the email address registered with your Vivens FZ LLC Account, or the email you used during the checkout process. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after shipping out your item.
What shipping speeds are offered?
Vivens FZ LLC may have different shipping speeds and all available shipping speeds will show during checkout. The speeds that show are dependent on those made available by the Vivens FZ LLC Shopify website. If you do not see a particular shipping speed available at check out, the Vivens FZ LLC of the item has not provided it. When calculating the expected delivery time please take into account the processing time as well as the shipping speed. Delivery Delays can occasionally occur.
What are the Shipping Rates?
We charge per SHIPPER published rates.
Note: We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge if the actual rate comes back higher than originally calculated due to the dim weight of the package.
How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
You could easily see an estimate of how much your shipping charges would be by adding an item to the shopping cart and entering your shipping zip code or location.
For orders over 50 AED and within Dubai, we offer free delivery. Orders less than 50 AED would be subject to 7AED delivery fee for within Dubai, and 10 AED in other Emirates.
International clients please contact us to get an accurate shipping quotation.
My package has been shipped but they have not delivered it yet. Why?
Please contact the shipper/courier to obtain further status on your packages. The priority of delivery within the method of shipment chosen is determined by your shipper. Vivens FZ LLC would always like for your packages to be delivered ASAP. If the shipper is holding them, please contact them.
What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?
Please note that Vivens FZ LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier/ courier company to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. If you are still missing an item(s), contact our customer service at Info@vivens.co
Are shipping costs added cumulatively for each item I order or do they reduce when multiple items are purchased?
When you order multiple items, most of the time the shipping is reduced in your shopping cart depending on weight and size, safety and insurance required. You will see the reduction if it applies to your region.
Due to significant shipping discounts offered by Vivens FZ LLC, for some items the shipping will add cumulatively unless multiple items are purchased. The shipping charge is always per the item purchased.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Vivens FZ LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
